Noetvia is operated by Golden Durian International Limited, a company incorporated in Hong Kong. In this policy, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to that company. This policy covers www.noetvia.com and business enquiries sent to our team.
We handle personal data in accordance with the applicable requirements of Hong Kong’s Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486). Actual wallet, payment, merchant, LINE Official Account and smart-cabinet services may involve additional operators and separate privacy notices. The demonstrations on this website do not open an account or execute a transaction.
Information we handle
If you contact us, we receive the information you choose to send, such as your name, work email, company, solution of interest and message. Please provide only what is relevant to your enquiry; do not send passwords, payment credentials or identity documents through the website contact form.
The contact form prepares an email draft on your device. It does not submit the form to a website API. We receive your enquiry only if you send the email. Copying a draft places it on your device’s clipboard. Your email and device providers process information under their own policies.
Hosting and delivery providers process connection information needed to serve and protect the website, which may include IP address, request time, requested URL and browser information. Browser language and your device’s local time are also used to display the site in an appropriate language and appearance; we do not request precise location access.
Why we use information
We use enquiry information to answer your questions, understand your requirements, discuss a potential engagement and keep relevant business correspondence. Technical information supports delivery, troubleshooting, security and the prevention of misuse. Information may also be used where necessary to meet legal obligations or establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
Providing enquiry information is voluntary, but we may be unable to respond without suitable contact details and an explanation of your request. We do not sell personal data. Sending an enquiry does not subscribe you to a marketing list; any separate direct marketing will be subject to the notices and consent required by applicable law.
Cookies and device preferences
The current website does not use analytics or advertising cookies, third-party tracking pixels or Google Analytics. Our preference notice uses browser local storage rather than an analytics identifier.
Essential storage remembers whether you allow preferences or choose essential-only storage. If you allow preferences, we may also save your manually selected language and appearance. Without that permission, language and appearance can still change for the current visit but those choices are not saved by the site. Automatic appearance uses your device’s local time: night mode runs from 18:00 to 08:00.
You can reopen Cookie preferences in the footer at any time. Choosing Essential only removes the saved optional language and appearance preferences. The essential choice remains until you change it or clear site data in your browser; local preferences have no fixed automatic expiry. These preference values stay in your browser and are not sent to us as an enquiry.
Retention and security
We keep personal data only for the period needed for its purpose, taking account of ongoing enquiries, contractual or statutory requirements, security needs and legal claims. When it is no longer needed, we take steps to delete it or remove identifying details, including through relevant service providers. Device preference storage is described separately above.
We take practicable administrative and technical measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss and misuse. Internet communications and storage cannot be guaranteed completely secure. Avoid including sensitive information in an initial enquiry.
Your requests and choices
You may contact support@efundflow.com to ask whether we hold personal data about you, request access or correction, or raise a privacy concern. You can also ask us to stop a consent-based use or consider deleting information, subject to applicable legal and retention requirements. Withdrawing consent does not undo processing already carried out lawfully.
We may request proportionate information to verify your identity and understand the request. We will handle it within applicable statutory requirements, explain any lawful restriction and tell you in advance of any permitted access fee. You may also raise a concern with the Office of the Privacy Commissioner for Personal Data, Hong Kong.
Changes and contact
If the website’s data practices change, we will update this policy and its effective date. Where a change needs a new notice or consent, we will take that additional step before the relevant use. Links to external services are governed by those services’ own privacy notices.
